Product Returns
1. We offer you a 30 money back guarantee on every design we carry. Please contact us prior to returning your product as each return must have a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) clearly printed on the outside of the package. info@silverjewelrygemstones.com
2. Please return item to us exactly as you received them. Please use a delivery service that offers package tracking and forward the shipping information via email to us

3. Returns will not be honored if they are NOT returned in full as originally shipped. We reserve the right to inspect and accept product returns.
4. Upon acceptance of returned items we offer you the following choices:
For Poor Product Quality:
A Full product replacement including product delivery direct to your door - with our apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Or a full refund of your product purchase price.
For all Other Returns: A Full Refund excluding product delivery cost.
All Refunds will be payable by Rose Enterprizes One (REO) by company cheque to you personally and sent via regular postal ground service, mailed within 7 business days upon receipt and acceptance of product returns. With our apology and our sincere regards to you our valued customer.
